馬建春

馬建春 中國(guó)世界貿(mào)易組織研究會(huì)會(huì)長(zhǎng)。

馬建春畢業(yè)于吉林大學(xué)經(jīng)濟(jì)系。長(zhǎng)期從事對(duì)外經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易合作和外交工作，1985年大學(xué)畢業(yè)后先后在對(duì)外經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易部和商務(wù)部政策研究室、政策體制司、發(fā)展司、電子商務(wù)司、外事司等多部門(mén)任職，參與中國(guó)外貿(mào)體制改革和中國(guó)對(duì)外開(kāi)放戰(zhàn)略的研究工作。1997年作為訪問(wèn)學(xué)者在美國(guó)Georgetown University學(xué)習(xí)。其與周小川先生合著的《走向開(kāi)放型經(jīng)濟(jì)》一書(shū)曾于1990年代獲得“安子介國(guó)際貿(mào)易著作獎(jiǎng)”。近期發(fā)表的主要文章有《二十大以后的中非經(jīng)貿(mào)合作：形勢(shì)與建議》等。曾任中國(guó)駐南非共和國(guó)大使館一等秘書(shū)、中國(guó)駐約旦哈希姆王國(guó)大使館經(jīng)濟(jì)商務(wù)參贊、中國(guó)駐阿拉伯埃及共和國(guó)大使館公使銜經(jīng)濟(jì)商務(wù)參贊、商務(wù)部外事司司長(zhǎng)。2018年起至2022年出任中華人民共和國(guó)駐岡比亞共和國(guó)特命全權(quán)大使。

Ma Jianchun

Ma Jianchun graduated from the Department of Economics of Jilin University. After graduating from university in 1985, he successively worked in the Policy Research Office, the Policy System Department, the Development Department, the E-Commerce Department, and the Foreign Affairs Department of the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation, and the Ministry of Commerce, participated in the research work of China's foreign trade system reform and China's opening-up strategy. In 1997, he studied at Georgetown University in the United States as a visiting scholar. In the 1990s, his book "Towards an Open Economy", co-authored with Mr. Zhou Xiaochuan, won the "An Zijie International Trade Book Award". His recent publications include China-Africa Economic and Trade Cooperation after the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China: Situation and Suggestions. He served as First Secretary of the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in the Republic of South Africa, Economic and Commercial Counsellor of the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, Minister Counsellor of the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in the Arab Republic of Egypt, and Director General of the Department of Foreign Affairs of the Ministry of Commerce. From 2018 to 2022, he served as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to the Republic of the Gambia.
